← U.S.–Israel–Iran War?

International courts such as the International Criminal Court (ICC) were created to prosecute genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. However, their jurisdiction is limited and enforcement often depends on political cooperation among states. The military action against Iran provides an opportunity to highlight the integral role the ICC will play in the post-industrial society.

Your feedback should not only give pause to those leaders currently committing war crimes, but also to their enablers and supporters that justice will prevail.

Feedback question:

The jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court should be expanded globally to both punish perpetrators of war crimes and to act as clear warning to current leaders that they will be held to account if found guilty?
