Michael West Media has reported that Simon Turner’s claims were dismissed after a Federal Court ruling, and that he has appealed, arguing he was denied procedural fairness after being refused the opportunity to file evidence.
Question:
court transcripts should be made available to both Simon turner as he is the plaintiff, and to michael west media on public interest grounds, at no charge?
