Newly elected US President Donald Trump has issued an exective order dismantling DEI programs and iniatives announcing:
This week, I will also end the government policy of trying to socially engineer race and gender into every aspect of public and private life.
Trump's close ally Elon Musk posted on his X platform:
DEI is just another word for racism. Shame on anyone who uses it.
To what extent do you AGREE/DISAGREE with Trump's and Musk's assessment of DEI and the decision to discourage and dismantle such programs and initiatives?
