The Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is entitled to withold or redact Freedom of Information (FOI) responses on vaccine testing if it deems it necessary and appropriate for public health reasons and in order to protect relationships and legitimate business interests of external parties like the pharmaceutical industry?
