PByT collects information from people visiting our Web sites or using our services.

PByT will not knowingly distribute or cause to be distributed your personal information to any entity for any reason, except when compelled by law or regulation. This ensures that you can use PByT with confidence knowing that your personal data is protected. Subscription Service:

When taking subscriptions online, PByT will request subscribers provide certain information. This information may include name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment information and other information as may be required. This information is used for billing purposes, ongoing account maintenance and in the provision of this service.

All subscriber/visitor information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to PByT developers, network operations personnel and other qualified employees (such as billing clerks or subscriber care representatives). Finally, the servers on which PByT stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure location.

Feedback Privacy:

All commentary and discussion is on a non-anonymous basis, which means the identity of the author is publicly available and viewable. However, how an individual votes on any topic, issue or question is on an anonymous basis and any only aggregate results are publicly disclosed.

Correction/Updating Personal Information:

If a subscriber needs to update or change personal information, PByT will help the subscriber to correct, update or remove personal data provided to PByT. The subscriber can update or change personally identifiable information using the member’s area on our website.

Responses to Email Inquiries:

When Visitors or Members send email inquiries to PByT, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. PByT does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

Notification of Changes:

If we make any changes to the PByT Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on PByT Web sites so subscribers/visitors are informed. We will always use information in accordance with the PByT Privacy Policy.
