← Vaccine Safety & Public Health?

Vaccines recommended for newborns and young children are designed to protect against a wide range of serious infections. These illnesses can be dangerous in early childhood, and vaccination schedules are based on age, not a parent’s infection status.

While maternal Hepatitis B or other conditions may influence additional preventative steps, routine childhood immunisation remains recommended for all children to ensure broad protection and reduce the risk of outbreaks.

Statement:

Newborns and young children should receive routine vaccinations to protect them from preventable diseases, regardless of the mother’s Hepatitis B or other infection status. (AGREE/DISAGREE)
