The Lancet is a weekly peer-reviewed general medical journal. It is among the world's oldest and best-known general medical journals.

It's reputation has come into question over its ties to controversial researcher Peter Daszak and his EcoHealth Alliance and the failure of the peer review process resulting in one of the biggest retractions in modern history.

To what extent do you trust/distrust The Lancet as a credible source of information and analysis based on the peer-review process?
